Some Suggestions About Events: DragStart!!! #189

I think we need a event for "DragStart" as the event of starting drag the compoent, So I can get the position when drag-start, but now I just can add a flag to get it!

this is my code to get the start POS(position)

JavaScript:
forDragging(pos){
      if(this.flagDragging===false){
        this.flagDragging = true
        this.startPosition = pos.left
      }
}

Html:
<VueDragResize :isActive="true"  :isResizable="false"
                             @dragging="(pos) => forDragging(pos)"
                             @dragstop="(pos) => forStopDrag(pos)"
