The main "home" wiki page needs update to refer to workshop-based ModTheSpire instructions

Additional context
Now that releases are hosted on Steam's Workshop, the instructions which the wiki points to are misleading/confusing. A new user may think there is still a need to add a .jar or follow the previous instructions instead of just subscribing on steam. We should update the wiki page which was last updated in 2018.
