Parsing of $GITHUB_OUTPUT variables

I have workflows that pass their outputs via $GITHUB_OUTPUT.

For example:

[test-add-assignee-to-issue/add-assignee-to-issue]   ✅  Success - Main Test
[test-add-assignee-to-issue/add-assignee-to-issue]   ⚙  ::set-output:: ORG_NAME=automated-test-org
[test-add-assignee-to-issue/add-assignee-to-issue]   ⚙  ::set-output:: REPO_NAME=assignee-repo
[test-add-assignee-to-issue/add-assignee-to-issue]   ⚙  ::set-output:: ISSUE_ASSIGNEES=user1,user2
[test-add-assignee-to-issue/add-assignee-to-issue]   ⚙  ::set-output:: HOSTNAME=github.com

It would be nice if these outputs could be parsed and packaged so they can more easily integrate with a test runner.
