Mutli-line comments for C++ seems to be broken. If I disable "auto-comment-blocks.singleLineBlockOnEnter" shift-enter works fine, but if this is enabled, enter does not add a comment on the next line

I can't get it working on .css files.

Check if in setting you have this config "editor.autoIndent": "none", for me this was the problem
