Remove unnecessary log messages about not handled keptn events

Right now Monaco Service only listens to configuration changed events, however - it is listening to all other sort of events based on the default distirbutor configuration. So - it receives all Keptn events but for those that are not confiugration-changed events it will log out a lot of error messages.
This is creating unnecessary log noise which should be removed
