What did you run?

Previously there was a problem where if user is in home workspace he could not run smoke cases but right now what is happening is until user is in his home workspace smoke cases cannot be run and they throw error.

Any logs?

What did you expect to see?

Whether in home workspace or not inside home workspace, basically let the user be in any context, we should be able to run the smoke cases.
