Do you have any plans for a gw API ? For example, IGV.js

It would be really helpful to have an api without heavy memory burdens.

Yes we have a python API in the works. It will play nicely with the python ecosystem, e.g. matplotlib, flask, image library etc.
There is already a c++ api although it is not very usable at the moment and has no documentation, and is changed without warning! What would you like to use the api for?

Sorry for a late response.
Good news! Python API would be a universal solution.
I would like to use the API for an interactive website which would be very useful for my researchers with limited bioinformatics background to dig into the complex mutations.
