User Management:
-As an admin, I want to create, read, update, and delete Users from my web app, so that I can perform user management operations in the front-end as opposed to logging into AWS Amplify.
- As an admin, I want to be able to quickly search for a user by username or email, so that I can optimize my time spent performing user management
- As an admin, I want to access documents specific to a user, so that I can help with any troubleshooting my clients may need.
