Installed and configured successfully but cannot function as expected

I installed this plug-in and set up the api key in the preference, following the instructions.

However, there is no page entitled with "ChatGPT" shown besides the pages of "Info", "Notes", "Tags", etc., which is expected according to the screen shot in the ReadMe.

Besides, when I selected a specific entry in the library and pressed "Alt+L" as guided by the prompt popped up in the bottom right corner, a new prompt came out saying "larger!". What does this mean?

I feel really confused.
