Unsaved changes dialog not dismissed after save

Reproduce:

• start the program
• add one or more nodes to graph
• select file->load
• a dialog ("confirm dialog") will appear asking you whether you want to save changes
• Select yes
• Select any file and click save
• Save dialog is dismissed and load dialog appears

Expected behavior:

• "Confirm dialog" dismissed as soon as "yes" is selected

Observed behvior:

• Confirm dialog stays until new file is loaded... this is pretty confusing
