[Bug] Segmented audio clips are loading multiple times

Describe the bug
When processing segmented audios in a loop for transcription, Initially, one segment is visible. if someone exit the task and re-enter, the same segment is loaded again. in each re-enter, the same segment keeps reloading multiple times."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any segmentation and transcription task
2. Complete segmentation
3. Exit and re-enter the task
4. Repeat steps 3-4 multiple times, and observe that the same segment reloads every time

Expected behavior
One segment should appear only once and should not reload multiple times when re-entering the task.
