ImageBuffer - Update to C++11 #1

Currently ImageBuffer.cpp is using cvCloneImage and then storing in a vector. It should me use of new C++11 standards to do some of the following:

Use shared_ptr instead of Raw IplImage pointers
Use ASYNC and FUTURE to speed up the image buffer
