Restore happens on lock-unlock even without changed monitor setup #370

When I lock Windows and then unlock it, without changing the monitor setup, a restore happens.
And due to #369 then several windows end up on the wrong monitor.
The setup where this happens is with a laptop and two monitors attached to the docking station.

It appears the lock/unlock could cause Windows OS to reposition windows, without triggering monitor setup change event.
