Version 5.56 gives me the "Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app"

Previous versions ran fine and went back to 5.51, but still wanted to help and report on the newest one today.

Launching the newest version gives me "Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app"

I see the more details as:
App: PersistentWindows.exe
Publisher: Unknown publisher

This issue happened twice for PW 3.x and 5.x releases on my PCs.
It seems Microsoft Defender is using probability based algorithm to issue warning.
So far 5.56 release has been downloaded 29K times, I would say ignore the warning.
