Change or Disable Alt+W hotkey #339

Is it possible to change the shortcut of actions (like alt+w) to another keybind? Also, how do i use the comand line options in "Help.md" (sorry if that was a very simple question i don't know how to code-)

You may disable the webpage commander feature from menu to unregister the key-binding.
