現状traqのnpmライブラリでPOST関連がうまく動かないから、それをラップするために層をかませてるけど、そこがファイル一枚に全部書いちゃってるから、swagger上での分類に沿ってファイル分割しときたい

キャッシュとかもこの層に閉じ込めときたい
