Optimizer are globally an issue for PredictionESN.

This is not working at all:

easyesn/easyesn/PredictionESN.py

Line 444 in bf1f520

gridSearch = GridSearchOptimizer()

This is a pain:

easyesn/easyesn/optimizers/GradientOptimizer.py

           "Only penalty optimization is supported for a multiple input scalings at the moment. We are working on it."
