1.19 Supported and some breaking changes

This version supports Spigot 1.18 ~ 1.19. Notably, 0.1.2 was skipped but there are some BREAKING-CHANGES

0.1.3 is incompatible with all previous versions ONLY IF YOU HAVE SERIALIZED SOME ItemStack IN ANY IStates. Why?,

Even though we'll add support for previously itemstack data that serialized by protocolLib in coming versions, you're still recommended to have a migration.

Maven Repository is also updated, just change your version to 0.1.3-build+4.
