[uki] test ipxe iso with OEM/PERSISTENT partitions on a usb device or disk #1882

Depends on #1881

Once ipxe boot is achieved.

  • Boot from ipxe
  • Have a local disk or usb disk with 2 partitions with the labels COS_OEM and COS_PERSISTENT
  • Modify immucore to optionally load them if found and we are netbooting (They are not required)
  • Check that everything works as expected when rebooting (files in those partitions are persistent)
