[uki] test ipxe iso with OEM/PERSISTENT partitions on a usb device or disk #1882

Depends on #1881

Once ipxe boot is achieved.

Boot from ipxe
Have a local disk or usb disk with 2 partitions with the labels COS_OEM and COS_PERSISTENT
Modify immucore to optionally load them if found and we are netbooting (They are not required)
Check that everything works as expected when rebooting (files in those partitions are persistent)
