bump up to new version for new release? #78

The released pre-built binary got slightly old. https://github.com/jvm-profiling-tools/perf-map-agent/releases
For automated usecases, pre-built binary from official repository is helpful (especially in non-tech meaning).

Build is passing, so making new release should be easy.
