arrow is not display

I've been working with the extentions and hide some code, After a while, I have to re-install a lab with toc extension, however, the code is not display and the arrow left does appear.

There were lots of issues related to this feature as described in #128 and toc added a configuration (available in Settings->Advanced Settings Editor) with default disabled value. Enable it back again by setting it to true as in the image below.

I changed the configuration but the TOC extension still eat up 2 big sections of code/text...
