Expand/Collapse all Toggle button.

I feel it would be of great help if we can have an expand /collapse all toggle button which would make navigation even easier.

just to confirm, do you mean expanding/collapsing the full toc? Which precise elements should be collapsable?

I think what @p2jindia means (and what I'd also like to see) is a button that collapses all sections/headings or expands all of them (rather than clicking on the arrow next to every single section)
