Please update dependency on slop

Could you please update the dependency on slop to work with slop ~> 3.0?

Maybe slop 3.X had some bugs. So I chose ~> 2.0.
I have not checked the current slop out, but I think it's worth trying.

Yes, I need the dependency updated so that we can package earthquake in FreeBSD ports. We have updated slop to 3.x for other apps and earthquake doesn't work now because of that.
