Add pyfirmata installation to setup.py

@sbillinge I noticed this issue (just after doing setup.py, program still doesn't find pyfirmata). But pyfirmata was in the requirements file so wasn't sure why this was issue. Experiencing similar problem for pyqt.

I had this problem too before. I maybe pyfirmata is not being installed correctly by condo?
