Page up, Page down not working in Chrome

I am using enscroll in a textarea control and on Internet Explorer and Firefox the page up, page down and even home key is supported properly. However in Chrome pressing the buttons moves the cursor but negates to move to move the scrollbar handle. An easy way to reproduce this bug is to just change the div-tag in your jsfiddle to textarea (which I have conveniently set up at http://jsfiddle.net/PGuB5/618/) and it should be malfunctioning on Chrome.
