Extension Does Not Appear to Be Activating in Nova 4.1

In Nova 4.1 I have a Ruby file open with the extension enabled and do not see any linting occurring. The extension console shows no sign of errors nor of the extension activating:

As an update to this issue when I attempt to build this extension I get the following error:

Failed to execute process '/var/folders/c2/kyzk7r2n6554x40byj8315d40000gn/T/com.panic.Nova/3BA18AD7-52EB-408E-A833-8FD2F4E75AC3.sh'. Reason:
exec: Invalid argument
The file '/var/folders/c2/kyzk7r2n6554x40byj8315d40000gn/T/com.panic.Nova/3BA18AD7-52EB-408E-A833-8FD2F4E75AC3.sh' is marked as an executable but could not be run by the operating system.

This persists into Nova 5.0.

Given this extension does not appear to be maintained I wrote my own RuboCop extension which is now available in the extension library.
