[baxtereus] angle-vector-sequence with moveit do not consider midpoints #740

I tried to set midpoints with moveit_msgs::TrajectoyConstraints in moveit_msgs::MotionPlanRequest, however this constraints is not considered and used for path planning in moveit. (see moveit/moveit_msgs#2)
