The old URLs have been removed from apache. I was able to find the proper jar files in mvnrepository.com
Made changes to
xmlimplsrc/build.xmlso the project builds again with ant 1.9.5 and java 1.7.0_51.Update: also builds properly with java 1.8.0_45
