Automatically change Max and Min frequency when value is out of current range

If the minimum frequency being set is larger than the maximum freq (or maximum smaller than current minimum), then it's better to set both of the max and min frequency to that value

To make it clear:

• I have Max freq set 2500 MHz, Min 1500 MHz
• Then I dragged the minimum frequency bar to 3000 MHz (or drag maximum to 800 MHz)
• It's better to set both max and min to 3000 MHz (or to 800MHz, corresponded to the actions in the brackets above), instead of reverting the changes a second after my action.

Benefits of this adjustment: I only need to do once if I want to fix my frequency to one specific value.
