Internal Cockpit Lighting

Add internal cockpit map, console and flood lighting. @bnepethomas

Summary:

Add complete interior cockpit lighting system to OH consisting of:

• Chart Light (Canopy Bow, if exists)
• Right Console Floodlight (FWD)
• Right Console Floodlight (CTR)
• Right Console Floodlight (AFT)
• Left Console Floodlight (FWD)
• Left Console Floodlight (CTR)
• Left Console Floodlight (AFT)
• Left Main Instrument Panel Floodlight (LIP/UIP?)
• Right Main Instrument Panel Floodlight (R CONSOLE?)

These should be an extension of the existing backlighting system.

Evaluate SK6812 LEDs for this application.
