Disabled trailing slash to avoid redirection #251

Django is configured to add a tailing slash to any URL. It might good to remove it in order to avoid lazy redirections (that cause slowness).

If we wait for the next stable Angular version, it should be configurable in $resource : https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ngResource/service/$resource
