Build the dashboard UI

Visio's dashboard is rather simple, for now we only need to display the username, avatar and some links to the documentation and the github repo. On the dashboard the user can also view the list of their API keys, they can create and revoke the keys. The user can not create more than 3 API keys so we also need something on the UI that reminds them of that.
