Context
GitHub actions is using a Linux/Ubuntu box without display capabilities, therefore running UI test cases is throwing an exception:

TestLoginWindow > shouldLoginByActionListener() FAILED
java.awt.HeadlessException at TestLoginWindow.java:39

Solution
Let's create a dummy display to avoid this error
