Add convenience formatter methods to DateTime etc in a similar way to C# #3

Instead of

DateTimeFormat.shortDate().print(dateOfBirth)

It would be nice to write

dateOfBirth.toShortDateString()

or

dateOfBirth.toString("yyyy-MM-dd")
