[BUG]OIDC does not seem to be working when using BASE_PATH

Describe the bug
I'm running Bytestash via the Docker container with a BASE_PATH value. OIDC auth seems to however not be working. During the auth flow, the redirect happens without respecting the BASE_PATH.

To Reproduce
Start bytestash on docker. Make sure to set a value for BASE_PATH and all OIDC env variables. When you sign in, during the auth flow, it fails because the BASE_PATH isn't respected.

OIDC auth would be successful
