Got it!

FYI my custom version really only updates the way that the axes are drawn... That is, logistic_zoom.py will show really bad (in my opinion) aesthetics and readability on axes by default, and I just modified the spacings and font sizes on the axes.

If I have some extra time I'll try to bundle the files and make a vispy branch =)
