Script to set all remote urls and submodule references to SSH

Since many would and should use SSH instead of HTTPS, a script might be necessary to bundle within the resources folder.

This script should in some way convert between ssh\https. To correctly do this, all the remotes need to be changed, and all the references within the .gitmodule

Perhaps to ease this task, the structure.json file used for generation should be moved to the resources folder instead of being deleted.
