OD 1.8.16.0 main properties dialog not drawn correctly #508

The main properties dialog accessed from OCPN Settings Plugins does not size the content correctly so the contents do not show.

If you can point to the alpha version of the repository for OD you can try 1.8.16.3. I noticed the problem a little while ago, but it went away with a change to OCPN, but it appears to be back. This seems to only occur on armhf as far as I can tell.

At the moment you will need to download the zip file and install from that, this change is not in the standard catalog yet.

Just created a new version that I am putting into the alpha and beta OCPN cloudsmith. This should fix the issue with armhf versions not showing the full OD Properties dialog.
