Update 15.3.0 -> 15.4.0

The Problem

Updating from 15.3.0 to 15.4.0.
After updating everything fine, v15.4.0 shown on the webpage.
Executing reboot and after reboot:

The version of the web interface (74d4f20) does not match the firmware version (3fbff0a)! It is suggested to keep them on the same version!

Tried another firmware update, same thing happens again. After update everything is fine, after reboot webui back to 15.3.0

You must use the update image!

Updated using the update image (Link) via OTA update. I noticed this issue in the past as well, but after trying 2 times it worked, but now even trying again it does not update (permanently).
