Previous Value is the same as Value

Hello, I have three times the same value:

Value: 680.5612
Previous Value: 680.5612
Raw Value: 00680.5612

What I should change to have the correct previous value?

What value do you expect based on the image?

Raw is what got read digit by digit, Value is what the algorithm puts together. And the PreValue is the value from the previous digitalization round. It is ok that they all 3 show the same value. This simply means that the meter did not turn since the last round.
