텔레그램 봇에서 /recruits 명령어가 동작하지 않습니다. #316

방금 텔레그램 봇(@devbeginner_bot)을 등록하고 /recruits 명령어를 입력했는데 답변이 오지 않습니다.
혹시 막아놓으셨는지해서 이슈를 남겨봅니다.

/recruits 외 다른 명령어들(start, github, subscribe 등)은 모두 잘 동작하는 것 같습니다.

@tkddn204 님 안녕하세요! 현재 사용중인 다이나모 DB의 사용량이 초과한것 같습니다.
수정후에 답글 남겨놓겠습니다.
