A couple of deep dives ago while covering approaches for evaluating user provided competency statements (e.g., say they don't like one from a standard framework and elect to provide their own) I discussed the notion of "field level scoring," that is, scoring how well the user provided competency statement is.
I believe @jkitchensSIUC and Bob (is Bob in this git repo?) mentioned that there exists reference material on how to construct good competency statements and that literature could be used to evaluate what the user provides.
This is just an issue asking for a link or document listing those references.
