LSP servers can sometimes consume quite a few resources (particularly memory) and I don't always remember to shut them down when I stop working on something.
It'd be great if eglot had a functionality where it'd automatically shut down the LSP for a project if I haven't visited an eglot-enabled buffer in that project for a configurable amount of time (e.g. 15min).
When entering a project's buffer eglot should start the server up again as if I just opened the first buffer in the project.
