console mode procedure which will return item number after clicking after using Writeln

Does somebody of us think, that Lamw could contain special procedure or function, wwhich could contain a item number clicked after user click on some text which have been created by using Writeln command in console mode?
This would allow visually impaired Lamw programmers with no sight at all to create GUI based on The semantic meaning of displaied text which have been preivously printed on The screen by using Writeln in console mode. So screen reader user would click according to The mmeaning of text. This is The onlyone solution to allow visually impaired programmers with no sight at all to create interaction with their users.
Really voice input can not be used as a replacement. GUI have its aim.
