Can makemkv convert to single mkv file

my BDMV contents contain multiple titles, makemkv will create a series of mkv files which is not convenient to organize. Can makemkv convert a single big mkv file in such case?

If you only select the main movie, a single MKV fill will be produced. If you get multiple MKV files, it's because you selected things like previews, extras, alternate versions, etc.
