Describe the Enhancement
New python package names ents (surprisingly not taken) that contains protobuf implementations, calibration, and GUI code.

Benefits

  • Single installable package for all python based resources
  • Provide method of distributing package (mainly GUI) for people working with the project

Possible Drawbacks
N/A

Additional Context
Complete after #46 and #152

TODOs:

  • Move python code to top level directory
  • Create new package on PyPI
  • Create new package on TestPyPI
  • Update auth tokens for CI actions
