Ability to load current board settings into the GUI

Describe the Enhancement
With the GUI we are able to save the settings to the stm32, but only able to get the current configuration through UART printout with example_userConfig. This enhacement will add a "Load Configuration" button that can read the current settings so that they can be edited.

Benefits
Easy viewing of current configuration without requiring loading separate firmware.
