Describe the Enhancement

With the addition of an sd card, it is now feasible to store data in a human readable csv. Similar to the current WiFi and LoRa upload options, there would be a csv backup option. Users would turn this option on if they want another point of reliability that does not rely on any external server.

Benefits
Human readable csv

Possible Drawbacks
More power consumption. This option would most likely be turn on at all times.
