Dataset parameters don't work anymore

Hi,
When updating the landing page, I noticed that the link to the datasets no longer work.

E.g.:

• https://jku-vds-lab.at/projection-space-explorer-app/?set=chess/chess40k_groups.json
• https://jku-vds-lab.at/projection-space-explorer-app/?set=neural/learning_confmat.csv

The embedding area stays blank when coming from these URLs:

But no errors in the console:

@keckelt thanks for mentioning this. Previously this functionality was in pse itself, but now it should be in the app. I will create a reducer for this and move it to the app
