Jigasi - support for transcription

The official Jigasi's docs have a set of steps that are not supported in this helm chart.

For example:

Restart prosody if you have added the virtual host config and then create the transcriber account:
prosodyctl register transcriber recorder.yourdomain.com jigasirecorderexamplepass

And more.

Could you please add support for transcription? Or if I have misunderstood, could you please explain step by step how to enable transcription using this helm chart?
